Cold Brew with Salted Caramel Foam
Yield - 450ml Cold Brew with Salted Caramel Foam
200 ml Cold Brew (Urban Brew Nespresso compatible pods Intensity 8)
75 ml Whipping Cream/Thickened Cream
75 ml Full cream milk
10 ml Caramel Syrup
A pinch of Rock salt
1 glass Ice
1. Using your Nespresso machine, make two lungo brew (100-120 ml each brew) using Urban Brew Nespresso compatible pod Intensity 8.
2. Put the brewed coffee in the freezer for 20 minutes.
3. Froth the milk, cream, vanilla syrup and salt using a cold frother device. If you do not have a frother, put them in a container with lid, and shake it hard for about 1 minute.
4. Pour ice into the glass.
5. Pour the cold brew into the glass.
6. Pour the frothed cream into the glass.
