Beetroot Superfood Iced Latte
Yield - 450ml Beetroot Superfood Iced Latte (Vegan)
2 shots Espresso (Podista Inteso Coffee Nespresso compatible pods)
1 tsp Beetroot powder
200 ml Soy milk
1 glass Ice
50 ml Soy milk
1. Using your Nespresso machine, make 2 shots of espresso using Podista Intenso Coffee Nespresso compatible pods.
2. Put the espresso in the freezer for 15 minutes.
3. Froth the milk and Beetroot powder using a cold frothing device. If you do not have a cold frothing device, use a wire whisk and whisk them until well combined.
4. Pour ice into the glass.
5. Pour the Beetroot milk mixture into the glass about 2/3 of the glass.
6. Add the shots of espresso and stir the upper half of the drink to make the bottom of the drink pink and brown on top.
7. Froth the 50 ml milk using a cold frothing device to make a cold foam. If you do not have a cold frothing device, put the milk in a container and close the lid and shake well for 1 minute.
8. Top it up with cold foam.
